Special Printing Instructions:
Most browsers do NOT need to have any default settings changed. Below are notes on browsers that need adjustments. If you do not see your browser listed, please select the “Back” button in your web browser now. Report any bugs or problems to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard print changes: The navigation bar on the left hides. The top banner hides, and is replaced with a smaller banner. The page background is removed. Text changes from a sans-serif font type to a serif font. All changes are made to save ink and paper, preserve readability, and preserve the over all graphical format.
The background of the header and primary heading does not print. Not an issue, except that the primary heading (ie: Overview of Lunar Calibration, Observatory, Lunar Modeling, etc) does not show up without a background. To fix this, select File, the Page Setup, and check Print Background (colors & images). Finally, select OK.
Internet Explorer 6.x:
The Moon's surface background, behind the primary header, does not display. Instead, a black background is shown. There is no fix for this at tihs time, as the bug does interfer with page printing.
